🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in collections, credit, or financial operations with outcomes ownership
- Proven experience building or transforming collections operations from early baseline
- Strong analytical background (FP&A, BI, risk, analytics) with KPI design
- Proven ability to improve recovery while reducing cost-to-collect via automation
- Experience in regulated, relationship-sensitive environments (banks, fintechs, BNPLs, telcos, utilities)
- UAE or GCC collections experience preferred, with regulators and enterprise clients credibility
- Strong judgment in high-pressure, high-consequence situations
- Comfortable making hard trade-offs between recovery, risk, cost, and outcomes
- Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage but not mandatory
