🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years in collections and recoveries in consumer finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or analytics.
- Strong understanding of consumer finance regulations including FDCPA.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure.
- Location: In-person at Richmond, VA or Arlington, VA (no relocation).
