• Develop condition-specific care pathways and care plans.

• Own provider performance framework and network quality reporting.

• Design and implement clinical outcomes measures and visibility.
\n
• Build clinical education, onboarding materials, and training.
\n
• Scale operations; establish docs and processes for reimbursement.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 10+ years operating experience in high-growth startups (healthcare preferred)
\n
• 5+ years clinical operations in digital health, payer, or 1099 networks
\n
• Experience designing documentation standards and quality governance
\n
• Strong analytical skills with large, complex data sets
\n
• Excellent communication across clinical and operational audiences
\n
• Outcomes orientation; define and drive key results
\n
• Fluency in payer outcomes and quality frameworks
\n
• Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, especially Product
\n
