- Carrier & TPA oversight: manage audits, SLAs, and cost containment.
- Tech-forward: collaborate with Product/Engineering on claims tech and AI workflows.
- Executive communication: present metrics to C-suite, Legal, and lawmakers.
- Empathetic leadership: 5+ years leading large, distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree required; JD/MBA or CPCU/ARM preferred.
