🎯 Requirements

- 3+ years MoM people management across regions.
- Strategic, operational leader translating regulatory needs into scalable solutions.
- Influence and align stakeholders across regions with clear communication.
- Growth-oriented; optimize processes and drive scalable solutions.
- Willing to travel regionally and globally as required.
