Head of Business Systems & Operations

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end systems and data architecture linking Salesforce, NetSuite, Workato, and BI.
• Define BI architecture and ownership; ensure clean data flows across Finance, GTM, Product, and Customer.
• Architect and automate core processes with reliable automation.
• Establish AI governance to embed AI into forecasting, pipeline insights, customer health, billing, and ops.
• Lead a small, high-performing team; manage external partners; own vendor relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Business Systems/RevOps/BizTech leadership in B2B SaaS; at least 3 years leading a function.
• Deep Salesforce and NetSuite expertise; design/evolve integration layer.
• Strong iPaaS experience (Workato preferred) and modern BI tooling.
• Design and operate closed-loop architecture across quote-to-cash, lead-to-revenue, and multi-entity/multi-currency.
• Hands-on in last 12 months; can detail configurations and automations.
• Robust data governance and master data management with clear ownership, lineage, and quality.
• Proven track record leading complex cross-functional programs end-to-end, on time and budget.
