🎯 Requirements

8+ years in analytics, strategy, or related roles
Proven track record of leading teams or key projects
Engineering bachelor's or Maths/Statistics/Data Analytics/Strategy background
Strong data-driven mindset for strategic decisions
Excellent interpersonal and cross-disciplinary communication
Advanced English; additional languages are a plus
