📋 Description

• Lead and grow BI/data analytics team across the org.
• Own reporting strategy; ensure metrics are accurate and trusted.
• Define KPI frameworks, metric governance, single source of truth.
• Deliver exec-level reporting and insights for strategy and growth.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality and scalable models.
• Partner with leaders to translate needs into scalable reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in fintech, trading, crypto, or risk/compliance data domains.
• Proven experience leading BI/Analytics/Reporting teams, ideally in high-growth environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and the ability to translate data into business narratives.
• Experience with team building, performance management, mentorship, and talent development.
• Strong analytical mindset to identify and solve complex business problems through data.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, BigQuery and Google Cloud Environments.
