🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in Equity Capital Markets or Investment Banking
- Direct experience executing equity offerings (IPOs, follow-ons, private placements)
- Deep understanding of securities markets, capital formation, and investor distribution
- Strong network across issuers, institutional investors, broker-dealers
- Proven track record originating and closing complex transactions
- Working knowledge of blockchain, tokenization, and digital securities
