📋 Description

  • Lead GTM and pipeline strategy for AI solutions; define sales plays.
  • Direct sales of services and productized offerings; qualify and close deals.
  • Design pricing, commissions, contracts, and terms to align incentives.
  • Build BD systems: CRM, funnels, forecasting, dashboards, SLAs.
  • Recruit and develop BD talent; ramp plans and performance metrics.
  • Partner with product, design, and delivery to map GTM to product-market fit.
  • Run experiments and diligence: test GTM approaches and revenue models.
  • Own revenue outcomes: set targets and report to leadership.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or business development leadership with services.
  • Proven pipeline builder and multi-stakeholder closing.
  • Experience designing commercial models, commissions, and billing structures.
  • Demonstrated ability to build BD systems: CRM, playbooks, dashboards.
  • Strong negotiation skills and creative commercial arrangements.
  • Ability to partner with product and delivery for GTM/PMF.
