- Proven pipeline and multi-stakeholder deal closure
- Experience designing commercial models, commissions, and billing structures
- Demonstrated ability to build BD systems: CRM, playbooks, compensation, dashboards
- Strong negotiation skills; experience crafting creative commercial arrangements
- Ability to partner with product and delivery to align GTM with product-market fit (Preferred: complex ecosystems; venture studio; scaling teams)
