📋 Description

  • Lead GTM and pipeline strategy for AI offerings

🎯 Requirements

  • 8+ years in enterprise B2B sales or BD leadership, selling services and complex solutions
  • Proven pipeline and multi-stakeholder deal closure
  • Experience designing commercial models, commissions, and billing structures
  • Demonstrated ability to build BD systems: CRM, playbooks, compensation, dashboards
  • Strong negotiation skills; experience crafting creative commercial arrangements
  • Ability to partner with product and delivery to align GTM with product-market fit (Preferred: complex ecosystems; venture studio; scaling teams)
