- Fluency in contemporary culture and applying it to commercial work.
- Experience leading creative teams; managing external partners.
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving company with ambiguity.
- Nice to have: direct experience marketing technical products to technical buyers.
- Nice to have: network in design, fashion, music, or publishing.
