🎯 Requirements

  • 15+ years in brand/creative leadership; 4–5 years running a senior function.
  • Portfolio of campaigns, launches, identities, films, and editorial.
  • Demonstrated taste; defend creative decisions clearly.
  • Fluency in contemporary culture and applying it to commercial work.
  • Experience leading creative teams; managing external partners.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving company with ambiguity.
  • Nice to have: direct experience marketing technical products to technical buyers.
  • Nice to have: network in design, fashion, music, or publishing.
