Own P&L and revenue growth of the Poland branch.
Define local market strategy: client acquisition and partnerships.
Build, lead, and scale local commercial and support teams.
Ensure alignment with group product, pricing, and risk appetite.
Act as senior locally accountable executive vis-a-vis the Polish regulator.
Oversee day-to-day branch operations and third-party relationships; coordinate with group functions and ensure governance.

🎯 Requirements

Senior leadership in a regulated financial services firm (brokerage, trading, fintech).
Strong knowledge of Polish financial regulation and EU frameworks.
Proven commercial leadership with P&L ownership.
Credible senior counterpart for regulators.
Fluency in Polish and English.
