- Experience designing biological experiments and CRO collaborations
- Experience with protein language models or ML for biological sequences/structures
- Strong Python skills; building computational pipelines and analysis tools
- Bridge biology and ML; translate model data needs to experiments
- Comfortable diving into unfamiliar biological problems and learning quickly
