Head of B2B Fulfillment Operations

📋 Description

• Build and scale the B2B fulfillment team in Los Angeles warehouse to 10,000 units/day in 6 months.
• Oversee the Hong Kong customization operation, scaling to 10K units/day with quality and cost efficiency.
• Design a dedicated B2B fulfillment path (storage, picking, packing, decoration) separate from D2C.
• Scale in-house decoration capabilities (embroidery, screen-printing) with on-the-ground managers.
• Partner with Engineering to define WMS and OMS requirements for B2B growth.
• Establish operating rhythms, KPIs, and reporting to support rapid growth and operational excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience building and scaling B2B warehouse and fulfillment operations, ideally from early-stage to high-growth.
• Experience managing an operations and personnel budget and negotiating with vendors.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites, including smaller facilities (10K–50K sq ft) that are scaling rapidly.
• Deep understanding of warehouse operations at all levels, from associate workflows to systems (WMS/OMS).
• Strong systems thinker who is confident partnering with Engineering on operational and technical requirements.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented operator with the ability to zoom out and design scalable processes.
• Comfortable working on-site in a warehouse environment five days per week.
