- Deep fluency in complex hardware/software systems; prioritize under pressure.
- Customer-facing leader in B2B/enterprise with real operational impact.
- Building/scaling support ops in fast-moving, tech domains.
- Experience defining SLAs, FCR, TTR, CSAT; AV robotics or AI tooling.
