🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related field.
8+ years experience, incl. 3+ years people mgmt in technical environment.
Solutions-oriented with customer-facing engineering background.
Domain expert in manufacturing operations, quality control, or industrial automation.
Collaborative communicator with strong analytical, consultative skills.
