🎯 Requirements
- 15+ years progressive accounting and controllership.
- 5+ years as regional or group controller in a global company.
- Qualified accountant: CPA/CA/ACCA; bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance.
- Track record building multi-country accounting teams and developing managers.
- Owned statutory accounting and external audits; international payroll or Procure to Pay or finance systems.
- US GAAP and IFRS knowledge; working knowledge of APAC statutory frameworks.
- Experience with month-end close, consolidation, intercompany, and reconciliations.
- ERP/finance systems proficiency (NetSuite, Workday Financials, SAP, Oracle) with regional implementations.
