🎯 Requirements
- 4+ years in marketplace, payments, or vertical SaaS at a high-growth tech company
- Demonstrable experience coaching analytics/data/strategy teams
- Deep understanding of commercial and financial metrics for SaaS/marketplace
- Financial literacy: comfortable with boards, navigating a P&L, and working with Finance
- Track record of running complex change programmes across teams
- Foundational understanding of data platform architecture, pipelines, and data provenance and quality
