📋 Description

  • Manage the Americas benefits plans and vendor relationships; U.S. Open Enrollment.
  • Improve benefits workflows and tech with Payroll, HRIS, and Legal/ER.
  • Lead retirement plan governance and wealth advisory (401(k) & RRSP).
  • Execute market-leading benefits and wellness strategies across the region.
  • Enhance governance and drive efficiencies across benefits programs and systems.
  • Partner with Finance/Payroll for analysis and budgeting.
  • Develop marketing materials and policy docs for Americas benefits.
  • Drive enhanced employee experiences in onboarding, mobility and milestones.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, HR or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10+ years of US employee benefits plan development, delivery & strategy.
  • Proven track record in health/wellness and work-life programs; retirement governance.
  • Experience managing benefits data in HRIS systems such as Workday.
  • People management with direct reports in multiple locations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management in a matrixed org.
