Establish SOPs, AI-specific quality gates, and risk management protocols.
Create dashboards for delivery health, margins, and customer satisfaction.
Co-develop delivery playbooks for AI solution patterns to accelerate delivery.
Own CSAT, margins, and quality metrics; implement early warning systems.
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure seamless handoffs.

🎯 Requirements

10+ years in delivery management with at least 5 years in leadership.
Proven track record scaling delivery orgs in high-growth tech ($100M+ revenue, 30+ projects).
Deep expertise in process design, governance, and AI delivery (evals, MLOps).
Experience managing complex, outcome-based engagements with Fortune 500 clients.
Strong financial acumen with P&L, margin optimization, and resource economics.
Experience in AI/ML delivery or related domains (cloud, data engineering).
