Head of AI Platform, GM

📋 Description

• Own the roadmap and delivery of the AI Platform, from current state to market-leading, developer-first platform.
• Own the P&L for the business unit; manage R&D, infra/inference budgets, and headcount planning.
• Lead a distributed high-performance R&D org; manage Engineering, Forward Deployed Eng, Product Management, and Product Design.
• Define the technical vision; lead teams to document and evangelize strategy with customers.
• Partner with Partnerships, Sales and Marketing to define GTM motion.
• Serve as the technical face of the product for key customers, partners, and OSS community.

🎯 Requirements

• Entrepreneurial track record; founder or '0-to-1' leader; built and launched software from scratch.
• Deep AI depth; familiarity with AI frameworks, foundation models, embeddings, and vector databases.
• 10+ years in scalable Cloud/SaaS or enterprise infrastructure platforms (APIs, SDKs).
• Experience leading managers and cross-functional orgs of 100+ people.
• Product-led mindset; shipping and learning; reliability for enterprise software.
• Strategic communication; distill complex concepts for customers and executives.
