🎯 Requirements

8+ years in M&A, private equity, or related transactional role
Strong deal sourcing and origination capabilities
Executive presence to engage founders and senior operators
Experience leading transactions from outreach through close
Strong financial and commercial judgment; negotiation skills
Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
