🎯 Requirements

8-12 years in investment management and startup experience.
Proven sales experience in startups or financial services.
High EQ with strong relationship-building.
Curious, fast learner with strong analytical ability.
Systems thinker who identifies gaps and optimizes processes.
Clear communicator with leadership and writing skills.
