  • 6+ years in account management, client success, or commercial leadership; agency exp preferred
  • Proven ability to drive revenue from existing accounts
  • Experience leading and developing AM or client-facing teams
  • Commercially sharp: invoicing, forecasting, and margin focus
  • Clear communicator who can hold a team accountable without losing trust
  • CET, GMT, or plus/minus 1 timezone required
