📋 Description

• Own end-to-end accounting across AP, AR, GL, assets and accruals.
• Drive a ≤5-day monthly close with calendars, docs and controls.
• Prepare monthly and annual financials and coordinate audits.
• Lead group consolidation and ensure consistent multi-entity policies.
• Own IFRS reporting, SaaS revenue recognition, intercompany accounting.
• Build scalable accounting standards for multi-entity growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years progressive accounting leadership in multi-entity orgs.
• 3–5+ years in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
• IFRS & SaaS expertise: revenue recognition, intercompany, consolidation.
• Audit background and German GAAP knowledge (HGB).
• Process & control builder: scale close cycles with docs and governance.
• Finance systems fluency; ERP implementations; distributed leadership in English.
