π― Requirements
- 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, CS, or AM.
- 5+ years leading managers and multi-layer teams.
- Proven experience developing first-time managers into leaders.
- Track record of scaling teams through growth stages.
- Revenue ownership with meaningful post-sale targets.
- Strong renewal forecasting and expansion modeling.
