Define and manage scope, timelines, and multi-country deliverables.
Partner with clients to gather needs and build milestone-driven plans.
Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methods for structured delivery.
Coordinate across technical implementers, CSMs, payroll ops, vendors, and customers.
Train customers on HCM & Global Payroll features.

🎯 Requirements

PM experience in B2B SaaS implementations.
Deep knowledge of Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
Translate client requirements into product solutions.
Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication.
Experience with multi-country, multi-product implementations.
