HCM & Global Payroll Onboarding Consultant

📋 Description

• Own end-to-end delivery for enterprise Global Payroll & HCM implementations.
• Partner with clients to gather needs and develop milestones.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies for structured delivery.
• Coordinate across implementers, CS, payroll ops, vendors, and customers.
• Provide guidance and training on HCM & Global Payroll functionalities.
• Develop client docs, trainings, and user guides for adoption.
• Establish clear comms cadence and escalation paths with customers.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications proactively.
• Drive accountability across all workstreams and teams.
• Facilitate handover from implementation to ongoing BAU support.

🎯 Requirements

• Project management in B2B SaaS implementations.
• Deep knowledge of Enterprise Payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
• Translate client requirements into product solutions.
• PMP/Agile or similar PM cert preferred but not required.
• Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid PM methodologies.
• Multi-country, multi-product implementation experience.
• Strong stakeholder management across technical teams and execs.
• Experience with enterprise governance models.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem solving.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, international async environment.
• Fluent in English.
• Nice to have Notion, Slack, Zendesk, Monday.com, Salesforce.
