Lead large-scale enterprise delivery projects from kickoff to go-live
Build and maintain detailed project plans with scope, milestones, owners
Drive regular project reviews and executive status meetings with customer and internal stakeholders
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; escalate and resolve quickly
Guarantee projects delivered on time, in scope, and within budget and terms
Travel ~20% for key customer meetings and milestones

🎯 Requirements

5+ years managing enterprise delivery projects in tech/B2B SaaS
Lead complex multi-stakeholder programs with financial institutions
Strong commercial acumen with budgets, forecasts, profitability
Excellent executive-level communication and stakeholder mgmt
Highly organized; structure large programs and balance priorities
Strong governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies
AML/fraud/compliance tech experience is a strong advantage
PMP/Prince2 certification beneficial but not essential
