Own and evolve AML, transaction monitoring, investigations for enterprise banking
Translate regulatory requirements and customer needs into product requirements and backlogs
Act as subject matter expert for AML regulations and monitoring rules; reflect real-world ops
Collaborate with engineering/data science on rules-based systems and GenAI
Drive end-to-end product discovery and delivery from problem definition to rollout
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, scalable workflows

🎯 Requirements

Senior-level experience in financial crime with AML focus
Hands-on with transaction monitoring, AML rules, alerting, and investigations
Strong understanding of regulatory environments and AML operations
Product Owner experience translating domain problems into product solutions
Technical proficiency with AI-driven systems: rules engines, ML models, GenAI, explainability
Excellent communication; cross-functional collaboration; English; German bonus
