- Strong understanding of regulatory environments and supervisory expectations.
- Product mindset with experience as a Product Owner or in a product-adjacent role.
- Technical proficiency with AI-driven systems (rules engines, ML, real-time AI, GenAI).
- Strong English communication; German is a bonus.
