- Broadcast/engineering background with signal flow understanding
- Strong technical grounding
- Proactive, able to work on own initiative
- Time management in high-pressure live broadcasts
- Liaise with officials, broadcasters and Hawk-Eye staff
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills; weekends/holidays
