  • Serve as the primary contact for enterprise clients, ensuring success and satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive product adoption and retention, and run the full engagement cycle.
  • Identify whitespace and manage expansion opportunities within portfolios.
  • Partner with clients to align Hawk's solutions with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Support, and Implementation Engineers to resolve issues.
  • Monitor account health and address risks for long-term success.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in banking, AML, or fraud.
  • Financial crime experience is a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Planhat and HubSpot; data-driven mindset.
  • Language: English; German is a bonus.
