- 6+ years in Customer Success or Account Management in banking, AML, or fraud.
- Financial crime experience is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of enterprise client needs and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency with CRM tools such as Planhat and HubSpot; data-driven mindset.
- Language: English; German is a bonus.
