We’re seeking a Team Lead, Operations to join our Denver HQ. In this role, you’ll serve as the onshore counterpart to our offshore operations team, with a focus on VIP order management, finance escalations, vendor coordination, and process improvements. This is a hands-on position for someone who thrives on details, enjoys solving operational challenges, and wants to help scale a fast-growing eCommerce business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Act as the onshore partner to our offshore team in the Philippines, providing guidance and support for daily operations.
  • Oversee VIP order management across all Havenly Brands, ensuring accuracy and white-glove service.
  • Resolve finance escalations, primarily for Havenly orders, surfaced by the offshore team.
  • Become the go-to expert on our order management processes, with a deep understanding of workflows end-to-end.
  • Partner with third-party vendors to resolve order or invoicing issues.
  • Support process documentation and SOP development to improve consistency and scalability.
  • Support inventory management processes, including monitoring availability and assisting with escalations tied to stock levels or fulfillment.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or order management (eCommerce a plus).
  • Experience working with offshore or remote teams preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a passion for detail and process.
  • Comfort with building and refining workflows or SOPs.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Docs; ERP or OMS experience a plus.

Additional details

This is a full‑time exempt position based in the United States. The role will be hybrid at least 4 days per week from our office in Denver. The targeted compensation range for this position is $58,000 – $65,000, dependent upon experience and location. Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (medical, dental, vision and disability), 401(k) with match and paid parental leave. Additionally, we offer design services, furniture discounts and anniversary merchandise credits.
