📋 Description

• Harvesting and first-stage processing with high quality output.
• Pluck leaves in the garden before harvest.
• Weigh and package Fresh/Frozen Flower.
• Bag, weigh, label product for ID.
• Monitor dry rooms to optimize flower quality.
• Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of general production experience (or equivalent).
• Follow hygiene, sanitation, and safety SOPs.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfort working in cool, humid, or hot environments.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Team-oriented with good communication and records.
