- Advise leaders, ERG sponsors, and HR on inclusion strategy.
- Build a scalable inclusion program beyond events.
- Collaborate with People Team to align data, processes, and outcomes.
π― Requirements
- 5+ years in People Ops, HR, or DEI program management.
- Experience managing ERGs or volunteer communities.
- Strong coaching and relationship-building with executives.
- Data fluency; translate metrics into business insights.
- HR Generalist mindset; understand the broader People ecosystem.
- Growth-minded; comfortable with ambiguity.
