  • Design and execute ERG operational strategy.

🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in People Ops, HR, or DEI program management.
  • Experience managing ERGs or volunteer communities.
  • Strong coaching and relationship-building with executives.
  • Data fluency; translate metrics into business insights.
  • HR Generalist mindset; understand the broader People ecosystem.
  • Growth-minded; comfortable with ambiguity.
