- Serve as a key business partner and advisor to Mammoth Care exec team and commercial functions.
- Develop and execute legal strategies aligned with Mammoth Care’s growth plans.
- Advise on, negotiate, and draft complex commercial transactions while balancing risk.
- Collaborate with enterprise-wide legal on employment, IP, privacy, and litigation matters.
- Manage outside counsel and strategic planning for the Mammoth Care legal function.
- Provide or oversee training on pertinent legal topics for the business unit.
🎯 Requirements
- Strong judgment and ability to provide risk-calibrated, business-focused legal advice.
- Ability to anticipate issues and address horizon risks.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and cross-functional collaboration.
- Clear communicator translating complex legal concepts into practical guidance.
- Bachelor’s degree and J.D.; bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
- 7+ years of corporate/commercial legal experience, including in-house.
