The Harry's working model is in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Our beautiful

About the role
As a Hard Products Quality Engineer, you will lead the development and execution of quality standards, inspection protocols, and validation plans for new Hard Products at Harry’s and Flamingo. You’ll own the validation of new tooling, component development, and finished goods production—ensuring we deliver high-quality products that delight our customers. You will work cross-functionally across internal teams and externally with global manufacturing partners to support new product launches, troubleshoot quality issues, and improve both product design and manufacturing processes. This is a high-impact role that sits at the heart of innovation, manufacturing, and customer experience. As we expand our Quality Management System and the Global Quality footprint across the organization, you will have the opportunity to impact our systems and processes, as well as have room for growth and development.

That said, our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of our total rewards package, which also includes a comprehensive set of
benefits and our equity program. The base salary hiring range for this position is $132,000-$165,000, but the final compensation offer will ultimately be based on the candidate’s location, skill level and experience.
