Support the design, build, and continuous improvement of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
Work in production environments with manufacturing docs, quality systems, and processes.
Assist with wire harness and cable builds: cutting, stripping, crimping, labeling.
Participate in quality inspections.
Help analyze manufacturing defects, rework, and throughput constraints.
Assist with equipment qualification, tooling improvements, and test setups.

🎯 Requirements

Pursuing a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
A passion for hardware development in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with spacecraft systems and operation
Must be onsite five days a week
