- Define and document electrical interconnects with system/subsystem engineers
- Design harness schematics and drawings for flight and test based on product requirements
- Prepare and release manufacturing drawings and BOMs
- Establish harness routing on spacecraft and assist integration planning
- Support harness production and integration teams to ensure quality
- Evaluate non-conformances to determine root cause and improvements
- Create, maintain and communicate detailed schedules and status updates
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, or equivalent
- 2+ years of professional experience in system-level harness design
- Experience with 3D CAD software (Solidworks, NX, or similar)
- Experience creating engineering drawings and BOMs for manufacturing
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
