Hardware Test & Verification Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead component-level qualification test design and execution.
• Write test and compliance plans; operate test equipment.
• Perform Shock/Vibe, Climatic, Power Distribution, PCB and structural tests.
• Develop and execute full system integrated tests to meet requirements.
• Determine applicable regulations; develop compliance packages.
• Support safe design and regulatory compliance with safety bodies.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in verification, validation, and testing.
• Experience with shock/vibe, climatic, PCB testing, and power testing.
• Collaborate with ME and EE design engineers to plan tests and track progress.
• Experience coordinating with external test houses.
• Experience working with component vendors for pre-delivery testing.
• CAD/PCB skills: SolidWorks and Altium.
• Familiar with UL, IPC, and SAE codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; write test reports.
• Willingness to travel 20%+.
• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
