🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years hands-on systems/lead with thermal and fluid handling; concept to production.
- Cross-functional collaboration with strong communication skills.
- Python for time-series data analysis; R/AI also acceptable.
- Experience managing cross-functional projects across electrical, mechanical, thermal, and controls.
- Hands-on electromechanical integration and part selection (blowers, valves, fans, sensors).
- BS/MS in a related engineering field; Masters preferred; some startup experience preferred.
