Operate failure analysis and reliability test equipment per SOPs
Document test results and data clearly per procedures
Communicate and resolve test issues with engineering
Support day-to-day reliability lab operations for Starlink microelectronics
Troubleshoot and maintain test equipment (thermal chambers, HAST, temperature cycling)
Perform sample prep, soldering, PCBA rework, cross-sectioning as needed

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ years in production/manufacturing/technical lab
2+ years microelectronics quality/reliability/failure analysis
Associate or Bachelor's degree in technical/engineering field
Experience with soldering and PCBA rework
Familiar with JEDEC/IPC/AEC-Q200 and environmental testing
