Execute production non-conformance management incl. MRB, vendor defects, quality audits, and containments.
Analyze production defect data and drive root cause and corrective actions.
Assist production with process improvements; train technicians to meet Starlink standards.
Monitor FPY and true yield to maintain production rate, reliability, and cost.
Ensure smooth transition of products from development to high-volume production.
Build cross-functional relationships to reduce production defects.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/math/science or 2+ years hands-on experience.
Experience hardware root cause investigation and containment in manufacturing.
Experience with J-STD-001 Class 2, IPC-A-610 Class 2 in production.
Experience programming/loading automated production or test equipment.
PFMEA, ISO 9001 familiarity; high-volume manufacturing.
Excellent PC skills: Windows, ERP/MRP/MES; Python, C, SQL.
