- Experience with J-STD-001 Class 2 and IPC-A-610 Class 2 in production.
- Experience programming/operating automated production/test equipment; electrical testing.
- Proficient in ERP/MRP/MES systems and SQL; strong communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively, solve problems, and work with minimal supervision.
