Hardware Reliability Engineer (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Perform failure analysis of Starshield hardware; identify root causes and actions.
• Use schematics, test gear, and inspection to identify failure physics.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to improve reliability.
• Work with test engineers to improve test assets and coverage.
• Monitor yields and quality metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct benchtop environmental testing to validate robustness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in electrical/computer engineering, physics, or related.
• 1+ year in hardware development or reliability (internships ok).
• 3+ years in electronics hardware.
• Experience with digital/mixed-signal designs, power or RF electronics; test tools.
• Troubleshooting and root-causing electrical hardware failures.
• Active TS/SCI or DOE clearance, or willingness to obtain one.
