🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 1+ years in manufacturing, quality and/or design engineering (student projects or internship qualify)
- Programming experience in Python, C or SQL for data analysis and automation
- Experience with statistical process control and design of experiments
- Background in electrical engineering
- Knowledge of Lean principles, PFMEA, root cause analysis, and control plans
