  • Perform hands-on failure analysis to drive root-cause and corrective action.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
  • 2+ years in design or manufacturing engineering (internship/academic projects qualify).
  • Master’s degree in electrical, mechanical, aerospace, or materials engineering.
  • Proficiency with programming and automation/scripting languages (SQL, Python, C++, C).
  • Experience in fast-paced, iterative design in relevant industries.
  • Additional: Ability to work extended hours, weekends, and offsite as needed.
