- 5+ years in hardware product management or related SaaS/payments/fintech role.
- Strong payments ecosystem knowledge: in-person payments, terminals, POS hardware, processing (Adyen/Stripe).
- Experience managing hardware lifecycles from research to deployment and post-sale support.
- Commercial mindset: build business cases, negotiate with vendors, and model unit economics.
- Experience building partnerships with hardware vendors, OEMs, or supply chain partners.
- Self-starter with bias for action and cross-functional collaboration.
